Cyolo Software Versioning and Support Policy

Cyolo releases three to four major software versions per year.

Support Lifecycle

Each major version benefits from the following support model:

  • Full Maintenance Support:
    Available for one year from the version's official release date. This includes bug fixes, security updates, and general maintenance.
  • Extended Maintenance Support:
    Follows the full support period and lasts for an additional year. During this phase, only critical security patches will be provided. Customers requiring support for other issues must upgrade to a version that is still under full maintenance.

Cyolo strongly recommends using the latest available version.

Cyolo Connect

The Cyolo Connect desktop client is automatically updated via the installed IDAC
version. No manual updates are required.
