Device Settings
The Settings page under the Devices menu has options to control the behavior of the Cyolo Connect agent.
Note: All options are disabled by default, unless otherwise specified.
- Access token lifetime - Set a time for the token validity. Once expired, users must re-login. The options are Unlimited and In hours. Enter a duration under In hours. The default is 24 hours.
- Enable auto-start from user console - This will prompt users to open Cyolo Connect when they log into the Applications Portal.
- Maintain authentication even after computer restart - Enabling this option will not require users to log in after the device restarts. This option is enabled by default.
- Require user to sign-in after computer unlocks - Enabling this option will require users to re-login after the device is unlocked.
- Block unauthorized internal IP addresses in DNS lookups - When enabled, Cyolo Connect blocks the resolution of internal addresses that the user is not allowed to access.
- Sync logout state between Cyolo Connect and Applications Portal - When this option is enabled, users will be logged out from Cyolo Connect when they are logged out from the Cyolo Applications Portal, and vice versa.
- Enforce biometric authentication on mobile devices - Forces users to perform biometric authentication on mobile devices.
- Allow password authentication when using biometrics on mobile devices - When biometrics authentication is enabled, with this option enabled, the user is asked for a password after several failed login attempts.
- Device limit restriction for desktop per user - This option sets the maximum number of devices each user can log in from. The options are Unlimited, and Amount. By default, it is set to Unlimited.
- User limit restriction for desktop per device - This option sets the maximum number of users that can use the same device. The options are Unlimited, and Amount. By default, it is set to Unlimited.
