Configuration

Log in to the Cyolo admin portal and navigate to the File Transfer page.

Identities – Click the drop-down and click Specific identities and select users.

Note: Currently, Anonymous identities and Any authenticated identities are not supported.

Settings – Set file size limit, number of allowed downloads, and retention days for file management.

• Max file size (MB) – Set the maximum size in MB of each file to be uploaded.

• Max downloads – Set the maximum number of times that a share can be downloaded.

• Max retention days – Set the maximum number of days that shared files are retained on the Secure File Transfer portal.

• Anti malware detection for uploaded files – Enable the checkbox to perform malware detection before a file is stored on the Secure File Transfer portal.

  

• Condition – Set restrictions for accessing the Secure File Transfer portal. The options here are almost identical to the options in a conditions profile on the Conditions page. For more information, refer to the section: Policy Conditions.

  

Click Save to save the configuration.
